Opening practice rotates: Day 1 = breathing/HRV (measurement-led), Day 2 = Yoga Nidra/movement (embodiment-led).

Breakout tracks run simultaneously — attendees self-select one track for the 75-minute block.

Each breakout: 3 × 15-min talks, then 15-min moderated debate, then 15-min open audience Q&A.
